MHSAA Sports Physicals

Now that April 15th has passed, returning FJA students for the 25/26 school year can begin to turn in their required MHSAA sports physicals to the athletic office. Please forwarded them via email to cschultz@frankelja.org or have your student turn in a hard copy into the athletic office. Please make sure the MHSAA Physical Form date of exam is 4/15/25 or later and that all portions are filled out and signed .
